Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Releva service, available at www.releva.ma. Subscribing to a paid plan implies full acceptance of these Terms. They complement our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Publisher and seller

The Releva service is published by Walid El Omari, operating as a registered sole proprietor (Personne Physique Professionnelle) in Morocco, trading as Walidbuilds. Contact: contact@releva.ma. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle (see section 6).

3. Description of plans

Releva converts PDF bank statements into Excel or CSV files. Three plans are offered:

• Free (Tier 0): local conversion of supported banks, at no cost and with no subscription.
• Pro AI: AI conversion of any unlisted bank, within the limit shown on the Pricing page, via monthly subscription.
• Cabinet: upcoming plan (storage, API, bulk conversions), on request.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout, based on your country. Releva may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when you subscribe, and any active subscription keeps its price until renewal.

5. Subscribing

Subscription takes place online after creating an account. The subscription is formed once payment is validated. You receive a confirmation and an invoice by email. You warrant that the information provided is accurate.

6. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record for Releva subscriptions. As such, Paddle handles the transaction, issues the invoice, and collects and remits applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods include cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at each term until cancelled.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

As Releva is a digital service provided immediately, you request its performance at subscription and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the service has been used. Separately, our Refund Policy describes the cases in which a refund may be granted.

8. Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no charge. No pro-rata refund is due for the period already started, unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise.

9. Service availability

Releva strives to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Liability

Releva is a conversion aid. You remain responsible for verifying the extracted data before any accounting or filing use. Releva cannot be held liable for the consequences of original data-entry errors, unreadable statements, or misuse of the service.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, compliant with Law 09-08 (Morocco) and the GDPR (EU).

12. Intellectual property

The service, its brand, code and interface remain the exclusive property of the publisher. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use, with no transfer of ownership. The files you convert remain your property.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction under applicable law. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
